Seeing changes in my body

I have only been taking this product for 17 days and I am seeing changes in my body. I have Not lost weight but I see my waist is getting smoother. You know what they call it?...The "muffin top"! It's going away.I can also see the bump at the base of the neck is almost gone...That part some people call the "granny hump".Well, that's almost gone too. I do not get as much exercise as I should in the winter. I try to avoid junk food, fried food & soda.I take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily. I have just started my second bottle. I was one hot mama at 40, thin and in great shape.I am now age 56 and wear a women's size 10. I am hoping to be back in a size 8 by summer.Wish me luck ¸¸.✿¨¯`

just another fad.

Don't waste your money. I saw these on Dr. Oz and just haaad to try them. Just like anything else that is too good to be true. They didn't do a single thing for weight loss. Not one oz. and I am someone who is constantly going to the gym and trying to watch my calories. I thought it might boost me along but it's just a gimmick. Will I ever learn?

I have been taking this product for about three weeks now twice a day. I gravitated to this product because it is inexpensive and something I can incorporate into my lifestyle. I exercise daily, and I love the raspberry ketones! It gives me that natural energy during the day and curbs my snack cravings throughout the work day/ evenings. This is a product I can CONTINUE to take. IT IS NOT A TEMPORARY FIX! There are NO unpleasant side effects, and I am sensitive to everything! I have noticed that with taking the ketones, and continuing my regular workouts, my stomach is flattening out. It's designed to do just that, and with the results I am experiencing...I like what I see! I would/do reccommend this product to anyone. I love that it's a natural metabolism BOOSTER.
