I think it's working

I take this product with raspberry ketones, arginine, and horse chestnut twice a day. I keep away from carbs late in the day and do about 35 min of cardio at least three times a week. After adding the coffee beans to my regimen I have noticed that I don't crave carbs as much as I use too. It is very hard for me to lose weight and I actually workout so the fact this combo is working is great. I will give an update once I finish the bottle.

WARNING: REAL RESULTS!!

Let me start by saying I have never in my life so far been motivated to write a product review, and this is my first. It is a testament to this product that I am writing a review. I first came across this product in an article on Women's Health online and immediately had the thought that it must be too good to be true. So I started doing some research on the product and found out that it is apparently recommended by Dr. Oz. That news did inspire some confidence so I decided to give it a try. I ran out to GNC and grabbed this product and started the next day. The bottle says to take twice a day, and some days I do but honestly about 4 days a week I forget to take the second dose in the evening and I have STILL seen incredible results! From the very first day I felt an increase in energy and the appetite suppression(even when I was only taking once a day and not twice). Then, after just the first week I lost 7 whole pounds! It blew my mind! And that was with working out about 4 or 5 days a week and no special diet (I was even indulging in chocolate a few times a week!). Then the second week, I lost another 5 lbs! That's 12 pounds in 2 weeks people!! And that was with working out maybe 4 days a week and a handful of diet cheats. Then, week 3(this week), I really was eating fatty foods and dessert pretty much every day and worked out maybe twice, so I wasn't really expecting quite the same results. Today was my weigh day for week 3, and I am SOOO happy to find I lost a whole 4 more pounds! That brings me to losing a grand total of 16 lbs in 3 weeks!! My goal is to lose 60 more pounds before 12/25/13, when I leave to hit the beaches at Honolulu! I will post again!

Didn't work for me - made me gain instead :(

I actually bought mine at GNC - and used it for 1 month, I didn't lose one pound and actually gained 5lbs. I'm 190lbs, I started doing The Firm work out DVD, removed a lot of carbs from my diet and took 1 pill in the morning & in the afternoon. No weight loss. The moment I stopped taking it, I lost 6lbs within a 1 1/2 weeks!Since it worked for others, I'm wondering if it's the climate I live in. Colorado is very dry; maybe my body retains water on 'stimulants'? But then again, my sister lives in Los Angeles, a high humid climate, she didn't lose one pound either within a month. I've moved onto Cayenne tabs with the cooling effect - those seem to be working (it's a thermogenic) - lost 2 lbs already in 2 weeks of taking those!
