Decent, but pricey

BSN Hyper Shred is decent. The weightloss is minimal but the energy boost is noticable. When I ordered it, I was looking for both. The results are not what I anticipated from the product description or some of the other reviews. If you're only needing more energy, it's great. If you're looking to shred pounds, here's my suggestion: Yohimbine. Might sound like a cheap plug but it's legit. The stuff works just the same as the BSN but the weightloss is noticable as well as the boost in energy.I take yohimbine with a small dose of caffine (Primaforce Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + FREE 100 Grams Pure Caffeine Powder) and I'm pumped on the results I've had thusfar. I've been using it for a few months on cycles and energy is up as well as my metabolism. A word to the wise though: Follow caffine instructions to the T. You do not need more caffine than what the suggested dose is EVER. The stuff is super potent and too much can undo the good you're doing in the gym.

I am pretty skinny as it is, so I can't tell if it is helping me lose weight but I do feel a bit more shredded and it gives good focus. Like others have said, though, it is very inconsistent. Some days I will get a rash, probably from the niacin, and get extremely red on all parts of my body that bend. So basically my elbows, kneecaps, neck and face all feel like they're on fire and get extremely red and make me look like a tomato. Maybe this means it's working I'm not sure. I just ordered my second bottle, though.

Ok, so most of these types of pills give me jitters and have me crashing by the early afternoon, but not Hyper Shred. I take them as soon as I wake in the morning on my gym days and it gives me the push I need to get through a pretty intense workout. Post workout I am not shaky and come down gradually, without any crashing. It also does not make me cranky and I tend to have enough energy to last throughout the day. I have allowed some friends to try these to see how it affects them and all of them have ordered their own bottle. Love these!
