Lost 17 lbs in 24 days. Chocolate shakes aren't bad but don't let the advertisement fool you. The spark drinks are awful tasting, the fiber drink feels like you are drinking something with the consistency of vomit and the pills taste and smell terrible. I'm giving it a five star review because it all works. The spark gives tons of energy. The fiber drink clears you out. The pills reduce hunger. Just don't think its all going to be easy choking these supplements down.

I did the 24 day challenge and lost 10 pounds doing it! I really didn't exercise much but the weight still came off. It helped me learn better eating habits, and I have kept the weight off for 3 months. I've gained three pounds since then, but it was due to holiday snacking and poor food choices. I will definitely try it again to help me lose more weight!

I started using AdvoCare products 18 months ago. I was eating healthy, exercising, yet I was still exhausted all the time as a SAHM mom and couldn't lose the last 5 pounds. AdvoCare products have completely changed my life: I weigh less now than I did when I graduated HS and I am now able to interact with my 4 kids in the way I want and in the way they deserve. HOWEVER - when you purchase your products through any means except an AdvoCare website and/or distributor, there is no guarantee on the products. This seller is violating his/her distributor agreement and AdvoCare does not provide their money back guarantee for items purchased here.I cannot say enough good things about the products, but please purchase through the proper channels.
