Can you read?

No real opinion on the product yet as have only been taking it for a couple days, but not sure where all these people who have given it 1 star are reading when they say, "not pure or other ingredients"Read the label, the only other things listed in the label are the 3 ingredients for making the "vegetarian" capsule the supplement is put in!Oh and they even list the fact that the bottle contains a silica packet for preserving the capsules. That's what the "silica" is listed for!People, please read products carefully and educate yourselves as to what you are reading before "passing on your wisdom" to other people.Good luck to all with their goals!

Works but takes time

First of all Dr. Oz doesn't endorse any specific brand he just states the product must provide 50% chlorogenic acids and this product does that. It has no other fillers. The other ingredient listing is the capsule itself. Each person's body will respond differently to this product and weight loss experiences will differ as with any other weight loss product. Some people will have a lot of weight loss initially some won't. The first thing I noticed was an increase in urination because I know I hold fluid. My research has revealed the product works specifically in the liver to help balance your blood sugar. There is a high and low dose to green coffee bean extract and those who experience no weight loss should see if the high dose works for them."On the Dr Oz show, it is clearly stated that the correct dosage is 800mg of green coffee bean extract, twice a day (for a total of 1600mg a day).In the published study discussed on the Dr Oz show, they had two groups - a low dose Green Coffee Bean group and a high dose group. The low dosage group took 350mg, twice a day - for a total of 700 mg of green coffee bean extract per day. The high dosage group took 350m, three times a day, for a total of 1050 mg a day. Both the low dosage and high dosage group experienced significant weight loss. Once again, here is the link [...] to the study so you can see for yourself. If you combine the information from the Dr Oz show and the data from the published study, you get a dosage range of 700mg - 1600mg of green coffee bean extract a day. Some people may need 800mg three times a day.Any weight loss program require healthy eating and exercise and is not a license to overeat. This product, IMHO, is one of the more economically priced ones. Most products with 50% chlorogenic acids give you 30-60 capsules per bottle. If you take 4-6 a day at $29.00 it becomes expensive real fast. With 90, if you're taking 4 a day it will last 22.5 days. More cost efficient. The cheap product are not going to fall within the 50% chlorogenic acids range so you're wasting your money. All I can say is patience with this product because it will work.

I bought this a few weeks ago and take one-two caps right before a meal (depending on how big or fatty the meal is). I've been averaging about 2-3 pounds weight loss a week. I also will allow myself to indulge in something not so healthy once or twice a week but the rest of the week is healthy choices. I know this product is working because I've been taking Alli for about a year now and did see some progress slowly but surely then that came to a hault and now take the green coffee extract and my weight loss continues. I want to lose about 20-25 lbs more.
