I told all my friends!

I bought this supplement about 3 months ago. I was defeated from trying and ultimately FAILING at losing weight! Thanks to Garcinia Cambogia, I got it off and KEPT it off. Nothing else has worked like this product has for me. I will definitely continue to use and I told ALL my friends! THIS is the way to go.

I knew I wanted a natural appetite suppresant, and while researching, I came across Garcinia Cambogia Extract. This is a pumpkin type fruit grown in parts of India and Asia. The product is 100% vegetarian, and contains no fillers.While researching, I had read that the main ingredient, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which makes up 60% of the product helps to block the enzyme citrate lyase, which keeps carbohydrates from turning into fat. You take one pill before breakfast and another 30 minutes before dinner. You can take up to six pills per day, but cannot exceed that amount. The product tastes fine and the weight does come off.

Does control appetite but I don't know about the weight loss yet

I started taking these a few days ago. The directions say to just take 1 to 2 capsules on an empty stomach 30 minutes to an hour before a meal. I take them in the morning before breakfast. I did notice that at lunchtime I didn't feel as hungry, dinner time wasn't too bad either. I actually heard about garcinia cambogia from my mother-in-law who heard about it from Dr. Oz. She had bought hers from another website and paid double the price for a 30 day supply. She had said that the garcinia cambogia had helped her suppress her appetite, and she may have lost a few pounds but hasn't been on it long enought to really tell. I am going to keep taking this, and I will update with my results. Hopefully I can shed a few pounds and get back into some old jeans!
