unsatisfied, not buying again.

this is my third week on it, and to be honest, i feel just bloated in my stomach and bigger. Rather then loose weight, i think im gaining it, i work out EVERYDAY, and nothing. I wouldn't waste your money. I'm just going to do the paleo diet, and work out everyday. the old fashion way, is the way to go. Learned my lesson. But, on the bright side, my product came in on time, and no trouble.

Just didn't work.

Typically I don't write these reviews but I thought this time around it was important to share my experience. I actually didn't lose any weight on this diet pill. I work out 6 days a week for at least an hour doing intense cardio and strength training. I'd consider myself in good shape, as a former collegiate athlete, however I have about 10 pounds or so that I wanted some assistance in working off. I tend to carry more weight in my midsection and boobs (sorry for oversharing men) so I thought this would be the perfect fit. I've finished two bottles along with the nighttime pill and I actually felt bloated and gained 4 pounds since I started taking them. I've been off the pills for about a week now and am no longer bloated, but haven't weighed myself. I know they told you to be patient and that it takes at least two full bottles but honestly, I didn't notice one ounce of difference in my body or energy level.

Read into what you are taking!

Ive been taking these for three months now and i can tell when i take them in a workout and when i dont take them. First off they supply oil to your joints which is going to make a huge difference in your workouts if you are actually busting your butt. Now these are fatty fish oils which means if you are taking them you better be working out because you will see weight gains if you dont. I see so many people complaining about the first few weeks of taking them. Well you cant expect anything you take to work that fast.... Cmon the pills arent going to do it for you. Its exercise and diet people. The pills are going to help in the long run when your body gets used to them. They are not just used for weight loss either.Findings show omega-3 fish oil may help to:Lower blood pressure.Reduce triglycerides.Slow the development of plaque in the arteries.Reduce the chance of abnormal heart rhythm.Reduce the likelihood of heart attack and stroke.Lessen the chance of sudden cardiac death in people with heart disease.Omega 3 oil improves the flow of blood to the muscles during exercise and helps to stimulate enzymes which transport fat to where it can be used up for energy.So dont just look at it as a miracle pill for weight loss. There is alot more tht these pills will do for your health which in turn will ultimately help you to get what you need out of them.Eating is why most people are overweight. So if you maintain a great diet you will see improvement with your working out. Sounds easy but yes its hard. Dont blame the pills though BLAME YOURSELF!GO PALEO DIET if you want to lose weight!
