Read the Bottle!

I am a 25 year old female, in moderately good health. I decided to use this product because my body is as stubborn as I am and has certain weights that it is very comfortable in; makes it hard to lose weight. The bottle warns you that it has the equivelance of 3 cups of coffee and that you have to cut out every source of caffine in your life, if you taking this product. I am amazed and surprised that this diet pill is actually working for me because every diet pill that I have ever tried, has left me sick (for days), shaking and unbelievably dizzy. **I once took a diet pill (from Beach Body) that made me sooo hungry that I ate three Cheeseburger combo-meals (size large) from Wendy's...and I would still shake.**It took me a while but I figured out how you are supposed to take these. It says to take it with a meal..and obviously, if you are over stimulating your body, you are going to need to consume a little bit more to compensate for it. Eat half of your meal, take the pill-in the morning because your biggest meal of the day should be breakfest, and then eat the rest. Keep in mind that caffine acts like a diuretic as well as a laxative.... and severely dehydrates you! The first three days were a trial for me because my body was adjusting and going through these side effects..but the second week...wow! The second week had me back to normal. If you are hungry then you absolutely have to eat something. Drink lots and lots of water and keep up with your electrolytes.I have noticed a dramtic improvement in my exercise routine. The first few exercises left me feeling a little tingly but after three days it went away (hello electrolytes..).WARNING: if you are not in a state of at least average health, get your doctor's consent before taking this. Stay hydrated and if you feel dizzy, go eat something! BUT if you are constantly dizzy--STOP taking it! You should be taking a Multi-vitamin every day. Oh and one more thing...I can not stress enough how much you need know this: Do not...I repeat DO NOT take this after 11 am because you will be up for a longggggg time. The first day, I woke up at 6 am and the first time I took mine, it was at 2 pm and I was up until 5 am ...I eventually took a sleeping pill and woke up again at about 9 to 10 am...haha...The earliest, that you should be taking your next regime of this diet pill, is 22-24 hours after the first one. I would recommend taking it everyday because if you give your body a "break", then you are just going to be jerking it around and causing your body more stress.The best thing you can do, is listen to your body and what it is telling you. Everybody is different and their bodies are all going to react differently. This pill will work for some and will be complete failures for others. I am also taking a natural supplment called raspberry ketones (500 mg) with two meals everyday. In two weeks I have moved passed a plateau that I hade been on for over a month and lost 5 lbs. The water wieght seemed to disappear after a good work out

It took many work outs to start but when the sweat started rolling the water weight seems to stay off.
