Lost 45 lbs. with Sensa and have kept it off!

Check it out! Sensa is an amazing and I mean AMAZING product. I lost 45 lbs. in seven months (Size 16 to current size 6!) and have kept it off for close to two years. I used to snack a lot especially at night and Sensa took those cravings away. After experiencing some joint related issues that hampered exercise and during and after menopause I found losing weight wasn't so easy as it once was. I had tried a bunch of diet products that made me hyper and in a bad mood. SENSA is the first product that for me has had no side effects and enabled me to lose the weight easily and conveniently. All I did was sprinkle my food with Sensa and try to drink a goodly amount of water each day. I love the fact that I did not have to change my eating and count calories and make myself crazy with all that previous "diet" nonsense. Sensa helped me to eat smaller portions and took away those between meal cravings and it's so convenient and easy to use. I can take it with me everywhere and never felt like I was on a diet. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Newsflash!!!! My husband of 26 years has also lost over 50 lbs. with SENSA. We are enjoying our renewed sense of youth, togetherness, and energy. I recommend it with all my heart. Just do it and be consistent with your sprinkling. You can't go wrong with SENSA.

I've just finished 30 days using Sensa and I've lost 9.9 pounds and a combined 4.2 inches. You'll need to sprinkle everything you eat to have success. Sensa needs to be sprinkled on top of your food. You do not stir it in nor do you pur it in liquids as it will disolve so it wouldn't be helpful. I have found that using Sensa I'm only eating half the amount of food as I did before. Hope you give it a try.
