Was skeptical at first.ANOTHER DIET PILL. However, Hydrocut Gummies do work. Do not give you the jitters.Gives energy without making you weird.Helped especially when afternoon hunger hits.

I've lost 5 pounds in 8 weeks...so far.

I think that this is more of a control diet than a weight loss supplement. Because you can only eat 3 main meals, and no snacking.And it's has to be healthy meals.What I hate about this diet is that you have to wait 30 mins to eat after taking them. It's torturing at times.I do high impact exercising, so maybe that's aiding the weight loss too.I wish the negative reviewers were a little more specific on why they gave it 1 star. Most ppl complain about the package, or it's expired...how about telling us how it worked for you maybe.For best results I would recommend a clean diet, not fast foods, refined, or processed foods. 3 days of exercising which consists of 2 days of cardio and 1 day of weight training vice-versa.It's not a miracle pill guys.

Seems to control my hunger! Placebo effect? not sure..

I started taking these a while ago and have now almost finished 2 (60 count) bottles.. I was skeptical too as some other reviewers have stated but I do truly believe it curbs your appetite significantly and I do not feel jittery on it. Doesn't seem to give me as much energy as other Hydroxycut products I have tried in the past but the others made me feel sick & jittery. I do not think I have lost much weight but I am lifting weights regularly and feel more toned - my clothes feel a bit better & I do not feel like I have strong cravings for "junk foods" I will continue to take these and hope to see a difference on the scale or dress size soon if not I will not order again after that.. oh and I forgot to mention some people say they taste bad but I can actually say I like them quite a bit! they taste like kids "natural" kind of fruit gummies..they give me a little sweet treat when I eat them since I love sweets but try to stay away from any sugary things!
