Highly recommend this product...

This product has really worked out great for me. I lost 24 pounds relatively quickly (about 3 months). Once I reached my weight goal, I had gotten so used to it and so enjoyed the simplicity of it that I stayed on it and I have not gained any of the weight back. It's become a real staple in my life. I don't miss breakfast at all, I just drink this thing and I feel great till lunch time. And then I'm free to eat whatever I want. Very highly recommended.

I found the product while reading Green Coffee Bean Diet found here on Amazon. The book recommended I take this liquid while also taking a green coffee bean extract each day. Not sure if the 3 pounds of weight loss a week came from adding the booster daily or removing a few foods and adding a few foods to my diet from the book.Regardless, I know I feel full after drinking this and my belly fat is what is going away. I just realized as I typed this, I do feel better since starting the liquid! Kind of a calm energy and I do feel brighter during the day.

There was a previous review that stated that this tasted icky. I would agree, it isn't the best. However, if you dilute it in enough water, it's not so bad to sip over the recommended 1 -2 hours. I am excited to see how this works for me!!
