Hydroxycut Max for Women

I have tried the normal Hydroxycut products, but they never seemed to work well for me, until I discovered Hydroxycut Max specifically for women. I am not sure what exactly is different, but I have seen results thus far. I feel like these products are okay to use in the short turn, but long-term use may result in health issues later down the road. That being said, I think this product can help get you on the right track for successful weight loss and maybe discipline.I have been on the product for about a month and a half and have lost about 16 lbs. I only take three tablets per day, one prior to each meal. More than that amount makes me really jittery and it's like super caffeine overload. Do not take more than the recommended amount!What's interesting about being on a "diet" with these tablets is after I take a tablet, I have to wait approximately half an hour before eating, so it really gives me time to think about what I want to eat, how many calories I am allowed, and the amount of food I can have after my half an hour is up. Honestly, by thinking about food in a way such as that, it has helped me make better decisions. I have been choosing to eat healthier, but I am allowed to eat more food because the calories are fewer. It's all about discipline, but that is hard for me and by taking Hydroxycut for Women, it has helped influence my decisions on better eating habits and actually has given me enough energy to make me want to go to the gym.Hope my review was helpful. I have only used this product for 1 week so far as I just started a diet and exercise routine. I have already lost 2 pounds and feel like this product can get me through the day without needing to snack, like I would have before. I feel much more energized, which helps motivate me to work out. I only gave it four stars because I have not used it for more then one week, so I can't speak for its long term effectiveness.
