I lost some weight, but horrible side effects

Hello there,I used these products to lose the baby weight. Around six month after I had my baby I started taking it (and I was not breastfeeding but that time, very important). I gained 45 pounds (from 135 lbs. to 180 lbs.) wow, that was too much for me. So once I started taking it I started to lose some of the baby weight, but ended up losing around 17 pounds in around one month. I stopped using them because gave me terrible side effects, dizziness, dry mouth, and headaches. Someone told me that my mistake was not to drink plenty of water, and eating at the right time. Maybe this was the reason because I was so busy with my baby that I used to forget about myself. I have heard that these pills have helped a lot of people, but I guess you need to be careful with the intake of water and food. Now, after discipline myself in eating right, and going to the gym I'm in my right weight..almost two years after having my baby. Good luck to all of you.
