So far so good

While it's too soon for me to judge whether this product facilitates weight loss, I've taken it long enough to report that the side effects are tolerable. It does cause me to burp (raspberry redux!) for a short period after swallowing a capsule. I've been having night sweats as well, on two capsules a day, so I am going to try going back to one for a bit. But I've experienced no fatigue, rash or any of the other RK-related issues I've seen reported online. I will update on weight effects later. It may be from the sweating, but I feel less puffy around the middle already. (FYI, I am a within the heathy weight and fat-percentage range for my age, but could stand to lose 10-15 pounds. I am fit, have a healthy diet and I exercise.)Update: I've been taking this almost two months now, and have lost a good deal of belly fat. In weight the loss is just two or three pounds, but I have not changed my eating habits.

I've added this along with my CLA and I've lost more weight. It's not a magic bullet. You have to EXERCISE along with a healthy diet.

I have been taking the Raspberry Ketone for a couple of weeks now. At first, I had a bit of an upset stomach, but this often happens when I begin to lose weight, so I attribute it to my change in routine rather than the ketone. The fact of the matter is I haven't lost any extra weight, but I didn't expect to. As I have continued to take this product with my daily workouts I have noticed that is has helped with the reduction of belly fat that I have. This is exciting for me because I normally have a hard time burning the fat in this area. I wasn't looking for a miracle with this supplement, so the fat reduction I have noticed is good enough for me. As far as side effects are concerned. I didn't really notice any apart from the stomach issues. The raspberry taste a lot better going down then some of the other products I've tried which is great. I did notice some appetite changes, but on some days I was just as hungry as I normally am. I will have to update on this product when I've taken it longer though. I am hoping that it will help keep my belly fat in line as I know losing it through work is a lot more beneficial then losing it because of a pill. For now, I would recommend this product to others who are looking for a little extra boost when it comes to working hard to lose weight.
