Great product

I love the product but the labeling is hard to read. On the container it states take 1 capsule. When I go to the Absonutrix website it states take 1 capusule 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal. Very confusing.

Needs more testing...not sure I am getting the desired results.

Ok, I want to be the first to say it.....I was expecting a miracle pill. Having spent years on and off diets, doing various workout fads and trying various supplements, I know that there is no miracle pill out here that will cause you to lose weight. There is nothing on the market that will make you lose weight (quickly) besides good old fashion hard work and dedication. But I, ever the optimist keep looking, hoping for just that ....a miracle. I feel that I just want a little something to help me jump start my weight loss routine. So when I encountered this product, it has some of the properties that Dr. Oz said will help burn body fat.... especially body fat I thought, what the heck...I'll try it. After all, the description seemed to speaking to me......" the beach is beckoning and you don't want to look like a beached whale"...blah, blah, blah. Since I am in the mist of planning the family summer vacation (which is just two short months away), I thought that this would be the perfect supplement to add to my new workout routine. Yeah, yeah.....I know I was being completely unrealistic expecting, this product or any product to fix what has become my problem, but I have boundless buckets of hope. And well, what did I have to lose? After all, I was going to start doing brisk walking and maybe, just maybe fit in a little "Insanity" or "P90x" (that have been in their boxes for over a year). What I was hoping for (subconsciously) was a miracle.....or at the very least I was hoping to experience some of the promised effects. Words were thrown around like "shed pounds" (in my mind, I expected them to melt away); "curb appetite"; "remove toxins"; and "give energy"....all of this promise in a supplement that you would take once a day (30 mins before eating with some water). Well, after a month, I haven't lost weight but I haven't gained either. I also want to warn you, that it might just be me...but it really hasn't curbed my appetite. There is no nasty aftertaste and the pills are pretty easy to swallow. With all that being said, I do plan to step up the exercising and give this product a couple more months, before I completely give up on Trim Fuel Extreme. Regardless, I have to do something before I end up being one of those women who says that "they don't care how they look......but instead will wear a cover-up and (deep down) beat themselves up for not working harder to lose weight, which invariably means that they don't end up having a good time because they are so self conscious. Anyway, my initial review is a 3 (simply because I do have a little more pep in my step...so maybe it does give me a little more energy), but if something changes or I notice a significant change in the results, I will revisit this review.
