I've been doing my research on Amazon for the best Garcinia Cambogia product I can find. I was a little discouraged at first b/c i didnt see a dipp in pounds. I researched to see what i was doing wrong and even contacted the manufacturer.It turns out I wasnt doing anything wrong, I was losing fat and building muscle so my weight wasn't change but i was losing INCHES! Don't judge by pounds lost but how better your clothes are fitting, MEASURE YOUR INCHES AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE!! This stuff works!

Seven days later... my skepticism is still here, but I'm liking the results

I was/am very skeptical of this "magic weight loss pill." I read everything online, looked up the how's and why's as to why Garcinia Cambogia is flying off of shelves and selling out online. I watched the Dr. Oz bit. And here I am, still skeptical. Because we all know the truth, right? Good clean calories in just need to be less than calories out-- work hard-- sweat a little-- time and patience. "Magic pill" doesn't really fall into any of those. But I was willing to give it a shot.A little background: I've been dieting and exercising for about a month. Good, clean, high protein diet that stays around 1200 cal/day, with about 1.5-2 hours of cardio (split up between morning cardio and boxing at night) 5-6x/week. In a month, I had lost 6 pounds. For what I was eating and as much cardio as I was doing, this isn't great. It's acceptable (barely), but definitely not great. So I found this little gem, ordered it, and here it is! On my doorstep as of last Monday.So now, I've had my product for a solid week. Despite only losing 6 lbs in the past month, in the past week I have lost close to 9. Same diet, a little less exercise even due to extenuating circumstances. 9 lbs in one week. And I know, I've done enough yo-yo dieting to say the same thing you're going to: "gotta be water weight." "Maybe it's just a fluke." "weight fluctuates, you'll go back up." And it might be a fluke, tomorrow I might be right back up where I was. But I just know I have busted my butt for five weeks now, and this is the most encouraged I have felt in this whole thing.I'm terrified the results won't stick because almost all of the reviews I read RAVE about these first pounds just melting away, but very few speak of more than a ten pound loss-- whereas I am working towards losing at least 30 more. So I'll keep using GC, I'll keep dieting and exercising, and even if I only lose these first nine really fast, I'm willing to call that a good investment if I can keep it off and continue to lose more like I have been.Other info: definitely helps with appetite suppressant. I didn't notice it much in the first few days, but around day 3-4, my stomach stopped growling like it usually does close to mealtime, and I have even been able to skip my evening protein shake that used to be a have-to. As far as mood stabilizers and sleep go, eh. I think it's a "too soon to say" deal. No negative side effects to speak of, at least for me.I plan on continuing to update this post with honest feedback as to how it's all going. I know that my diet and exercise will be consistent, here's to hoping these results with GC are as well!Week 2 update: Pounds were NOT coming off at the beginning of the week. As opposed to the first week, this week I amped my exercise back up, and my diet was impeccable apart from one cheat meal. Burning about 1300-1500 calories/day, eating around 1200. High protein diet combined with some weight training and tons of cardio. Going strong. Seeing results. Though my loss this week (2.9 lb) isn't outrageous like the first week, it is GREAT, and much better than I was seeing before.
