The FDA categorized raspberry ketones as Generally Recognized as Safe. It's made from red raspberries and used for weight loss. In order to get significant result, you have to be persistent.

So Far So Good!

I've been taking this weight loss supplement for almost a month now and so far I'm satisfied with the results. I've lost about 4 pounds in the past 2 weeks already even if I still continue eating like before. I have yet to see the results for a month or 2 just to be sure this supplement works. But so far I'm liking it!

Serving not sufficient

Thought the serving size was correct but everywhere I read you need 500mg twice a day. A serving of Absolute Raspberry Ketones is only 100mg. I was disappointed I did not observe this before I bought it.
