Waste of money

I bought this for $5 at a flea market. The kit is complete and it is just a huge waste of even $5, let alone the selling price. It is a couple of poorly put together books and a tape measure.

I bought this kit for $5 at Big Lots. I don't know if it was worth it because it just has a measuring tape, a blank notebook and about 20 recipe cards. Don't do it.

Great buy!

This is a great tool for jump-starting your weight loss. It gives you simple tools that will change your life by helping you understand your body, calories and weight loss needs with easy to use tools that will change how you think about food. The recipes are GREAT! Even for me, as I am a pretty picky and selective eater. I don't like very many vegetables, will not eat eggs, and am not very talented in the kitchen. It is very simple for even the most novice person when it comes to health and nutrition. I got this as a gift and I love it! I use this in companion with [...] and the Biggest Loser dvds to keep me focused and motivated. It is a great tool and you get a lot for your money!
