solid product, good price

I've since moved on to Optimum's Fitness Fiber, as it has less calories and the same amount of fiber, but this product is still excellent. I can't make any claims to fat loss, though that wasn't my goal anyway. This product has a nice flavor, and interesting texture, so it mixes in with water and milk well. I usually just added to my protein powder. Apparently this contains a certain kind of fiber which is not conducive to nutrient uptake, so the label states not to take with your multivitamins or other drugs/supplements. Helps you poop.

VPX Fiberteq is a phenomenal product at a killer price

I bought VPX's Fiberteq to help regularize my digestion after a friend recommended it. I have a very sensitive stomach and it is hard for me to eat certain kinds of food. I like Fiberteq because I started noticing more normalized digestion after only a few days use, and it mixes super easy in water with no bad taste. A great supplement for anyone with a fiber deficit.

Wow a fiber product that doesn't taste like cardboard! I have IBS and Fiberteq really helps to manage the symptoms. It tastes good and mixes easily into water. I take it in the evening and in the morning have excellent results. I followed the directions and started off with 2 weeks of a half-scoop then worked up to a full scoop and experienced no bloating or gas like I have with other fiber supplements. In fact, it did the opposite! I am less bloated, less stomach crampy and have few IBS symptoms. I have also lost 7 pounds. This stuff works! No wonder it's sometimes hard to find. Stock up on it!!
