Andrew Lessman's Energy and Fat Metabolism Factors is designed to enhance fat burning, increase energy, gently elevate the body's metabolism and provide a sense of well-being without the use of the potentially dangerous Ephedrine-containing herb, Ma Huang. The fat-burning components ensure optimum levels of the nutrients necessary for, or related to, fat metabolism, including high levels of the B-Complex vitamins, Chromium and most importantly, Carnitine - which is essential for the transport and burning of all the fat you seek to lose. In addition to high levels of Carnitine, we also include Lysine and Vitamin C to further support your body's internal production of vital Carnitine. We add 300 mg each of standardized extracts of Guarana and Green Tea, containing natural caffeine related alkaloids with a history of traditional use in many cultures for promoting energy and a sense of well-being. The cellular activators and thermogenic herbs in this formula help to compensate for the natural slowing of our body's metabolism and the fatigue that occurs when we diet and reduce our caloric consumption. To further combat fatigue, and to also promote a feeling of well-being while dieting, we include standardized extracts of the adaptogenic herbs, Panax (Asian) Ginseng, Eleutherococcus (Eleuthero), Ashwagandha and Rhodiola. This product is a lifesaver

I have been a regular user of this product for years now. As far as weight loss goes, it's like anything else; you have to put in the effort to get results and I don't always do that. When I worked a factory job that was based on a point system, I had to walk 10+ miles a night and keep a clear mind to match numbers and pack product quickly (second shift). These helped me have the energy to get through my shift and didn't make my mind race so I couldn't think like some other products do. I was still able to sleep when I got home at midnight. These days, I'm home with a bad case of fibromyalgia. If I didn't take a couple of these once or twice a day I would never be able to move out of my chair or bed. They help me have at least enough energy to do small tasks around the house. They don't affect my pain one way or another, but they help me feel human at least part of the time. As far as I'm concerned, these do me more good than the never-ending river of drugs prescribed by my doctors. Thank you for this product.

believe it, this works very well especially if u were to do any cardio exercise for 30 minutes. it will help out with the use of this product. i lossed 3 lbs...but put the 3 lbs. back on due to running out out of capsules fairly early. No fault of mine..luckily ProCaps were able to understand and credit me for the missing pills and though ProCaps have wonderful customer service, it was weird because as i broke the safety seal i shook the bottle and it felt quite light so i decided that same morning it deivered to count the pills which wasn't 30 but 19 in total..therefore i ordered Secure packets as back up & as a meal replacement but it did not work for me because it wasn't doing anything for burning Fat etc. Secure tastes great but I saw no result in weight loss, So I'm back taking this again. Hopefully I'll get down to my goal weight and lose 15-20 lbs. In addition to watching what i eat without heavy dieting, i mean folks, you don't have to eat like a goldfish. You can enjoy cookies, icy's, cake, etc...but take in less portions and eat more fruit and greens. It helps not to eat late and sleeping on it will leave the body with unprocessed food so the fat must go someplace. It makes sense to stay active as long as you have the WILL.overall, i would buy this repeatedly...:) Amazing quality service they have that even you would not be disappointed.
