lost some weight

I was on it (twice a day) for about six weeks and lost seven pounds. I'm taking a break from it right now b/c I seem to have reached a plateau and thought I'd try again later. It is hard to remember to take it 30 minutes before a meal. There were no ill-effects from using it and I am all for something that helps to shed pounds.
