Decades of clinical research indicate that CLA actually changes body composition by reducing body fat and increasing or preserving lean muscle mass, giving you a leaner, healthier appearance. This is most likely the strongest Tonalin available. It helps me loose and then maintain the weight while helping me loose. Customer service is also excellent as well.

We always hear that eating right combined with exercise will get us to ideal weight. Well like many, I needed a little help. For two years now I have taken Tonaline CLA 3000 mg I take one capsule with each meal and I have remained at my ideal weight. I also take two Raspberry Keytone 1234 supplements by Creative Bioscience each morning with a full glass of water (I do this before drinking or eating anything else). The two supplements combined work for me. I strongly recommend them.
