not that convinced

I bought this to help me from further gaining any weight from wanting to overeat. You basically pour it into at least 4 oz of water & down it. I was surprised that there seemed to be as much powder as there was in the little packet. The taste was okay, kinda like crystal light but mixes better. Anyway, this is my 2nd day of trying it & my stomach does feel a little tight from it. So I have been taking other supplements to help my digestive system mostly from whole foods. So it's difficult to say if this drink actually suppressed my apetite. When I ate & started to feel hungry soon afterward (maybe 2 hrs later), it could just mean I didn't eat enough earlier to sustain me a little longer than I would've liked. So I ate another small meal. After awhile later, before my next hunger surge, I drank a packet & I noticed my stomach wasn't growling, but I started to feel tightness, like it was hurting a little, but I didn't bloat. Some time passed before knew I was hungry so I couldn't help but to drink a protein shake that was just under 200 cal before I was on my way to pick up lunch.
