I like that Sensa is easy to use. I am losing weight with it but at a very slow rate, like 10 lbs in 3 months. But hey, I figure its better than gaining 10 lbs.I always ate small meals but couldn't drop any pounds but with Sensa at least I'm losing a little and I'm not starving. I eat whatever I want and I do feel quite full after a small helping. Yes, I would reccomend this product but you do have to have patience and persistence.

Wife uses it!

My wife was happy with the months 1 & 2 results more so than she has been with months 3 & 4. She cannot seem to pin down an exact reason why, but she does not feel like it is working as well with month 3 & 4. She feels she is still loosing weight with it, but not at the rate she would like to be. She also says she can taste the Sensa on her food more.
