BEST FAT BURNER

I've tried those other fat burners and this all I've been taking in the morning pre-cardio and pre-weights.What's the differences I've experienced during these three weeks of contest prep? Well, the stubborn little bit of body fat is now gone, ability to focus all day WITHOUT the jitters and metabolism stays in full speed all day. I highly recommend this product without hesitation to anybody looking for an extra fat burning kick

First, let me say that I wasn't happy with the product but I stuck with it. And thats important. It didn't really give me a boost of energy. I never felt any thermogenic factors from it and if anything, my appetite increased while on this product. So I was kind of pissed off. But it burned my fat off. I didn't work out all summer and I didn't eat great. I was active and I watched what I ate and supplemented with protein drinks and Aminolast and Blox but I didn't lift weights, I walked some but never jogged or ran. I started this product and I didn't lose weight like I do on say Hydroxycut or OxyElite Pro....BUT I lose considerable fat around my mid-section. This product is definitely part of my aresenal now! It does what it says. It targets the fat around your mid-section. The stubborn fat. You can't always judge by the scale and sometimes losing weight means you lost WATER or body waste. In this case, I lost fat...plain and simple. I HIGHLY recommend this. To add weight loss to the fat loss, I supplemented this with OxyElite Pro. I took 2 OxyElite's at 5:30am every morning. Then 1 at 10am before lunch. I took 1 MX-LS7 at 2pm and another at 5pm. OxyElite later in the day kept me from sleeping soundly. MX-LS7 had no effects on my sleeping at night at all. Its not like your normal fat burners. I read some reviews on here and if this makes your heart race or took away your hunger, stay away from Hydroxycut Hardcore because that could kill you! That makes my heart feel like its going to burst out of my chest. Anyway, all of this to say....try this...ride it out for the entire month...and don't watch the scale...watch your waist whittle away. My abs are visible and haven't been since I was in my 20s and I'm 44 now. This helped me get over that plateau and get rid of that last little bit of stomach and man boob that was hanging on.

Ok. It's only been one week since I started this product. But, in one week's time, I've lost 3 1/2 to 4 pounds.Now, keep in mind that I've been working out 5 days per week since January (it's now October). I turned 50 years old this year and knew that I had to do something about my weight and my health. I was up to 285 lbs around the New Year. I made a decision to join a gym and hire a personal trainer in January. I have been working out 5 days per week (4 days per week=30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weight lifting; 1 day per week=30 minutes cardio). One of those days per week I meet with my trainer.By September, I had lost 45 pounds. But, for the past 6 weeks I've hit a plateau. Try as I might, I could not lose more weight. It might be related to the fact that I was recently diagnosed with a hypo-active thyroid (under active). Anyway, for the past 6 weeks I have not lost a pound. So, I decided to give this a try. I started with 1 per day for the first 2-3 days and then moved to 2 per day. After the first week, I really had lost 3-4 pounds! I was amazed.It will be interesting to see if it helps me get to my goal weight of 200 lbs.Update: I tried this for another month or two. However, I've stopped using it. It seemed to lose it's effectiveness, for me, after the first month or 6 weeks. I didn't lose anymore weight on it. To be honest, I've tried a number of products since this, and they've done very little either. So, maybe I'll go back to this and try it again and see if it can help me get past this plateau.
