PROOF POSITIVE THIS WORKS!!!

I first saw this on Dr. Oz and was intrigued the next day I found it here on Amazon and bought it. I took 3 of these (half hour prior to meal) and LET ME TELL YOU THEY ARE POWERFUL.And I have proof, please let me tell you first a little of what works for me & maybe it may work for you. Prior to buying this I have been on a self driven eating right plan and unbelievable lost 33 pounds (in 5 months) and leveled off to a healthy level,(from 168 to 135 lbs. female 5'6"-from a size 12 (tight) to a size 6(loose). When I really wanted to indulge in a meal that I wanted but knew I shouldn't have (a full Mexican meal that I practically ate the whole bowl of chips with extra guacamole and salsa, plus my meal), I call it my splurge meal so I don't feel deprived (I do this about 1-2 times per month and then eat well for at least 1-2 days after each indulgence). The proof that I have that they really do work is gross but I feel very worth it. I experienced no side effects except for a small a of leakage on my panty liner, (I know gross but stay with me now). You never feel a thing leaking, you'll just a small little spot on your liner (more of course in your stool). However think about it, this is your body kicking out the fat instead of storing it, which of course it would have in all the wrong area's. This is physical proof that you had grease and these pills blocked it. "WOW", I now carry these in my purse at all times because you never know when you might be at a friends house & I won't be rude. Or you might want to indulge in the occasional pizza. With these magic 3 pills I feel I have an option to cheat and still be good. (everything in moderation, you still can't rely on these solely you do have to make healthy choices) That all being said, what really helped me lose the weight initially, (please note I never used the nasty 4 letter word "DIET") I don't believe in those because you just have to eat healthy and make smarter choices. I did an incredibly simple plan, make sure to use it particularly after about 7:00 PM (night eating is what always does me in, so if I do eat at 11:00 it must be something off my list particularly a low fat choice, like pickles, or veggies)I "made a list" of all the healthy things that I really like and tried to keep the servings to approx. 100-150 calories per servings (yes some are over, but within reason limit these to 1-2 per day). I eat constantly, about every 1 1/2-2 hours. I don't do store bought dressings, now I use olive oil & vinegar with seasonings now. I never eat anything with artificial sweeteners, they actually halt your digestive system. If you have to have sugar have the real thing, preferably raw sugar, or brown sugar if you don't have raw handy. I take a bag of food with me everywhere, that way when the kids want fast food, I don't order for myself because I have my snacks with me. I mainly drink water and green tea with a splash of lemon (no sugar) you have to get use to that, but you will, I like it without sugar now. When I eat out choose healthy choices & lay off the bread. (skinless chicken anything with veggies is usually on any menu) Eat less carbs but when you do make it wheat. The only veggies I choose to eat less of is carrots, potato's & corn (these turn into sugar in your body), but I do eat them some times. GOOD LUCK TO YOU & HOPE WHAT WORKS FOR ME WORKS FOR YOU, DON'T THINK OF IT AS A DIET. THIS IS A HEALTHY WAY OF LIVING & IS QUITE EASY ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR LIST, (and I still add to the list all the time, so your choices are never boring)

I've taken CLA in the past when I needed to lose about 10 lbs. I recommend using the supplement appropriately and not treat it like it's going to be a miracle. I have been taking this brand for about 2 weeks now, along with running 2-3 miles four times a week, combined with weight training, and eating a healthy diet. There is something about this that gives me more energy. I think this works best if you are a moderate to highly athletic individuals since it's supposed to help with increasing lean muscle mass and to stop fat from building up. When I took it in the past, it took about 2 months before actually I started seeing results. Probably the only thing I complain about is that the pills are so huge. I just make sure to drink a bottle of water when taking this before a meal. Helps!!

I swear by this stuff and Olympian labs makes the most concentrated for the price. It's a good by though I'd recommend increasing the dosage after the first month.
