Very Helpful Addition to the Sensa Program

These chews are delicious and are very helpful for 'dessert' in the evening. They have a nice chewy texture and a good chocolate flavor. Two of these with a cup of tea, or an occasional glass of red wine, and I can avoid the temptation to give in to the 'late evening binge' before bedtime thing.

I was a little skeptical at first but I have been pleasantly surprised that it does what it says. It curbs your appetite and gives you a feeling of fullness. I find that a portion size I may have consumed entirely I now only eat about half of.This is my second bag. I've tried and like both flavors. I'm ready to order a third!
