This does not work over night, however it does work. I have been a yo yo dieter for years eating right and exercising for months (6-8) losing 20-30 lbs and then stoping everything until I would gain it all back in less than a month. The last time I dieted I add the eleotin tea and I've been off diet for 4 months during the holidays eating cookies,cakes,candy,pizza ect... I cannot believe that I only gained 2 lbs in 4 months of gorgeing. I did drink for appox 3 months while dieting and plan on losing another 10-15 lbs so I'm starting to drink again.It really does fix your metabolism and as a 52 yr old female I can't find anything else that helps.

I really was a skeptic because I have tried many products only to be let down. I've gotten use to the hype of the "loose weight fast" schemes but this is not one of them. It will help you loose a couple extra pounds on your diet. This tea is supposed to help regulate your insulin levels to increase weight loss. As soon as I started on this product I could feel my insulin levels drop but not so drastic that it negatively affected my body. After taking it for about 3 days I got on the scale to see if I lost 1/2 lb. or not but to my surprise I had lost 2.5lbs. Whether it was water weight or not, it was 2.5lbs gone and I ecstatic! I'm currently reordering this product and this will be a staple in my tea collection from now on. I hope others write more reviews about this tea because it really does help. And I have gotten my orders earlier than they projected.

the only neg i can give this is that it didnot taste good but it sure helped my diet. I followed instuctions and I did lose weight with the Hgc diet together. the Item came in safe and timely manner.
