Must be doing something---

Regardless of brand, the Raspberry Ketone fad has a roller-coaster of up and down reviews as to whether it works or not.Like most of the bottle labels I've read, this brand instructs you to take 2 capsules daily and with food. My husband and I have chosen dinner time as the meal in which we take these with.I also want to note that my husband and I try to go to the gym 2-3x a week and for at least an hour each time, but like anything else, it doesn't always happen that way (i.e. 1x a wk, or even 0).We also have been trying to eat a little healthier by including more leafy greens into our diet, and drinking more water.With that said, with what little effort I feel that we are doing, both of us have noticed that we haven't gained any additional weight since we have been taking ketones. In the weight loss regard, I can say that in the last couple of months I've lost 3-4 lbs. I'm okay with that. Losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time is not considered healthy.If you're a woman struggling with diet and food issues, "Outsmarting the Female Fat Cell" by Debra Waterhouse is an excellent book. I received this recommended reading from a dietician and I'm glad I was able to read it.
