It does work.

I'm constantly seeing reviews about people hating this product because they get headaches and jitters. I'm not sure how many times I've read that this product contains tons of caffeine, so for someone who doesn't drink a lot of caffeine to begin with, you're going to have to start out in small doses. I'm an avid coffee drinker and love soda, but when I started this product I stopped drinking caffeine (other than my morning coffee). I drank water the rest of the day and took the pills as the directions on the box told me to do so. I also cut back on eating, not a lot, but I did go to bed hungry, I eat dinner around 6pm (no later than 7pm), always eat breakfast, and work out a few days a week for about 30 minutes each time. I lost a total of 7 lbs in the first week. This product does work in regards to trimming your appetite and giving you energy. I really do like it because immediately, you have an increased energy level and I began dropping pounds the first day. What I can't understand is how some customer reviews complain that this product doesn't work, and they don't include anything about working out or dieting. Why are you even taking a diet pill if you're not willing to get up, start moving and lessen your calorie intake? It worked for me, but you have to be serious about losing weight in my opinion to see any results. There is no "magic" pill that lets you sit on your butt all day and it just does the job for you.

I bought the pills to give me energy to work out. It gives me the jitters so I only take one a day. I lost 6lbs in two weeks. so i guess they work. They made me hungry however.
