Jarrow formulas 7-Keto dhea is a naturally occurring metabolite of dhea. It is unable to metabolize into sex hormones therefore, it can provide many of the same benefits of dhea without its associated side effects. Definitely seems to work for me

I've been taking 7-Keto DHEA daily for just under two weeks and the scale tells me I've lost a tad over 5 lbs. This is without any changes in diet at all (in fact cold weather has often led me to overindulge), and no change in my daily exercise routine.According to WebMD. 7-Keto DHEA "might" speed up the metabolism and thereby "promote weight loss." It certainly seems that it "might" be doing just that for me. I don't know if it's possible to "feel" an increased metabolism but I have noticed feeling a bit more like I felt in younger days when I was rail thin and did a lot of heavy manual labor and always felt super energized. I don't feel super energized on 7-Keto DHEA, but it's as if I feel a bit more alive. That's not evidence of anything and I just mention it because I can at least correlate it with taking 7-Keto DHEA. What counts as evidence to me is the weight loss.*There is "insufficient evidence" that 7-Keto DHEA can enhance memory. My memory has been improved of late but I can correlate this with taking Jarrow Formulas Magmind Nutritional Supplement, so I cannot say if the 7-Keto DHEA is a causal factor. I've used the word correlate on purpose, because as scientists and statisticians say, "correlation does not imply causation," which means that when two things are correlated there may be a causal relationship but there isn't necessarily one, and more research is needed to determine if there is. But my experience of 7-Keto DHEA is sufficient for me to want to continue using it. I've experienced no negative side effects at all.Dr. Oz recommends 7-Keto as a metabolism booster in the article at the doctoroz dot com site titled, "Best Belly-Blasting Supplements."Jarrow Formulas is highly regarded in the natural food industry. Jarrow has won many awards from a number of journals and magazines geared toward natural food, nutrition and vitamin industry insiders. Based on my experience in the industry (I operated natural food co-ops and for-profit stores from the mid-70's into the early 90's) and my familiarity with Jarrow brand supplements (I've used and continue to use quite a few), I rank Jarrow highly among supplement brands in terms of quality and fair pricing.*UPDATE: I wrote the above on 2/15. It's now 2/28 and I just weighed myself. I had a feeling I'd lost more weight because of how my clothes fit, but was very surprised to see on the scale that I lost 7 more lbs. since writing the above. I cannot attribute this to anything but taking 7-Keto DHEA (and I've skipped days). I'm ordering more now.

7-Keto For Diet

I purchased this product to jump start my diet,I have used it for one month and without dieting I lost seven pounds,the 1st week was the best I lost 5 lbs.2nd week 1 lb.3rd week 0 lbs.4th week 1 lb.So I think it's working but very slow.

This product really does help speed up your metabolism. This provides the same benefits of DHEA without any side effects. The way it works is that 7-KETO DHEA activates enzymes responsible for fatty acid and carbohydrate metabolism. There are clinical studies that show it really does lower BMI. It's no miracle cure, but I'll take anything that helps!
