energized!

I was given this product by a freind, although not for weightloss. I was not sleeping well at night and my metabolizm had slowed dramaticaly over several months. I also had joint pain in my knees and fingers, enough to hamper my daily routines.After trying this product, (2-3 tablespoons followed by drink of water every night), I noticed results within one week. After about 5 weeks I really noticed a change. I slept well through the night, woke up each morning feeling refreshed and energized, and the pains in my joints subsided greatly.Instead of being sluggish all day and night, I have a genuine cycle of being fully awake and then sleepy enough to sleep at night.The taste is not unlike an adult cough syrup, but it's not meant to be a snack, and it does produce results.I would reccomend this product for anyone who may be having trouble converting protiens like I did, and the collegen in this product no doubt contributes to my joint relief.

Sustained energy.

Give it a try. Honest. It will not promise a miracle, but what does. It has given me more sustained energy through the day. I have noticed a little leaner in the midsection. After just having a baby a few months ago I needed something to help me along my weight loss and toning. I take one tablespoon in the morning. The directions say to take at night, but I did this and was wide awake for hours. I have also noticed better sleep. I also make sure to include some cardio exercise during the week.
