noticing a good change

Item came much faster that i was expecting, so we were off to a good start there. As a mom a try to get in as much exercise as i can to stay healthy and keep up with the little ones. I started to notice i hit a bit of a wall with my workout were i had plateaued in terms of results. I heard about raspberry ketones in a health magazine and figured it was worth a shot. I came in with skepticism but i must admit, i have noticed a change. I have started to lose a bit more weight while doing the same workout routine and one other pleasant surprise was having more energy during and after my workout. As a mom any extra energy to help you through is a bonus. So far i am pleased. i didnt really start feeling the energy part until about the second or third day, but its remained ever since. 5 stars, will continue to use.

Fast shipping, my wife and i both enjoy taking it. Shes now bringing outfits out of retirement that used to fit a little "too snug". Her confidence is up, and both of us couldn't be happier. Trust me, just having a happy wife is well worth the price

Currently on my third month of using these. I am feeling good, and i think my coworkers would agree. I went in with realistic expectations, and those were exceeded without a doubt. They shipped really fast too which is great for me since I can be very impatient. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon as i have vowed not to go back to the ol' plus size version of me haha.Cliff Notes: worked well, shipped fast, i am a happy camper
