Coleus forskohlii is an important traditional Ayurvedic herb that has been a part of Indian medicine for centuries. Decent Results

Forskolin is one of many diet pills I've tried throughout the years. I'm a very particular eater, as in I eat very few things, which makes it very difficult to find a suitable diet. I'm good about exercising, but it's never enough to lose substantial weight. Taking these pills in conjunction with my exercise routine seemed to finally make a change in the monotony of what I'd become accustomed to. The forskolin pills help tap into stored fat cells to allow your body to burn them. I was finally losing, but not much and certainly not fast. In 2 weeks I lost 1 pound. They're not miracle pills but they're the first diet supplement that worked for me.Regardless of the weight loss success with the forskolin I knew I needed to find some way to make changes in my eating habits. A friend recommended trying actual appetite suppressant pills in conjunction with the forskolin. I didn't want to pump my body full of anything I couldn't sustain for a long time so I wound up deciding on green coffee bean extract- Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Plus + FREE African Mango Powder (10:1 Concentration) 50 Grams The pills I found contained svetol, which is key in helping promote faster metabolism and making you feel fuller for longer. Satisfied!!

I've tried every diet, exercise, everything to lose weight. Now that I'm combining these pills with my efforts, I'm finally starting to see some results. What I really love is that there's no caffeine in this product and it doesn't interfere with my sleep at night. I highly recommend it!

I have been taking Forskolin 50 for the past 2 months. I have lost a total of 10lbs since I have been taking this supplement. I have found this to work in combination with a few other supplements. The only exercise I do is 30 minutes of walking on my lunch break 5 days a week. My goal is to lose 60 pounds, 50lbs to go!!
