My Experience was Quite Positive

This product,in my experience, works. You can not just take a pill at night and expect to lose significant amount. Prior to Christmas, I was on a busy schedule, I only exercised a little. I took this product for the month of November and part of December and lost five pounds. I slept great. I think the sleep part is to reduce stress which aids weight loss. The product works, but only a little. If I had more physical activity and ate better, then I would have lost much more weight. I gained seven pounds after I stopped taking it. I also ate a little more between Christmas and New Years. I started taking it again three weeks ago and I am down three pounds. It works, but its not a wonder pill. The ingredients seem harmless, but take according to directions. Its a great supplement ,if combined with good eating habits and physical activity . I just ordered another bottle of this. Keep expectations realistic.It works.

I have a hard time sleeping and used this product for three months. As in most things, you have to give a few months to work. I am seeing a decrease in my appetite as well as sleeping a lot better. It's worth a try, but you need to give it a few months and use it as directed, not when you feel you need to get better sleep.

try this and you will like it. this pill causes you to have a good night and over night every thing you have eaten will be released the next morning and you will feel great.
