Good, but you're better off simply taking 200mg caffeine.

Almost virtually all diet pills contain about 200mg of caffeine, as does this product.I found a product that is simply 200mg caffeine (anhydrous), and it does the exact same thing as this, is just as effective, and costs a lot less.Although this stuff does contain some gugglesterone, which is supposed to augment fat metabolisation, I didn't notice any discernible difference between taking this and just straight-up caffeine.

A good wake-up remedy.

It suppresses my appetite but at the same time gives me enough energy to keep me active during the day. I made sure I asked a physician before using. Afterall, you're consuming something to aid in different activities to make it during the day.
