It hasnt worked for me as far as weight loss goes. Which was my goal by purchasing these. Wouldnt recommend for this cause.

Raspberry Ketone Review

I believe that people need to realize that there are no such things as miracle weight loss supplement, it's not fair to the product or any results the product may have helped with. It annoys me when I read reviews from people exception stupendous results from a pill.I use 3 seperate products from the Pure Health line and raspberry ketones happens to be be one of them. I have been consistantly using them for about 4 weeks now and prior to that we had an on and off relationship for maybe 3+ months. I take one before I go to work in the morning (I eat my breakfast at work) and 1 before lunch. I follow the directions on the label and drink 10 oz when I take these pills. If you don't drink the water you can get an upset stomach or even heart burn - sometimes you'll burp up raspberry flavoring. Combined with drinking plenty of water during the day and the ketones I truly believe I have seen an increase in my engergy levels, especially through-out the day. I haven't really lost weight but that's because I haven't been consistant with my diet, however, I haven't gained any weight that I have lost back.I do take these along with the Green Coffee Bean extract from Pure Health and just by taking those two alone I have more energy and have noticed a significant decrease in my appetite. Recently I added in saffron extract and I have lost even more of my appetite and certain things, especially sugary items - have lost their appeal and just do not taste the same anymore. Which is good in my book.Anyways, I am not a doctor - I do not know if there are any negetive side effects that could arise for people with certain medical conditions. I don't have negetive side affects but that's just me. Also - all 3 of the items I mentioned can be purchased at Wal-Mart for like $10 a bottle.Weeee! Everyone have a nice day :)

Love it!

Half way through my second bottle of 30, so I've been taking them faithfully for 3 weeks and have lost 4 pounds so far. What I like is that I feel less bloated than before. So far so good. Think I will stay on them for a while and see if I lose any more.
