"Sweet" benefits

I love trying out new things, even in the face of fads (Dr. Oz, I'm looking at you). If it works, it works. As a test (one of many), I shifted my usual CLA/GCBE cycle over to raspberry ketone/GCBE. So, basically, I kept the Green Coffee Bean Extract 800, because I really like it, and switched the CLA to RK.What I found: First off, I wasn't aware that raspberry ketone has a stimulant effect. Even my doctor said it didn't/shouldn't. However, soon after my first dose, I felt a slight "buzz" along the lines of what ephedrine might produce, though not as strong. I found out later that it was because raspberry ketone's structure is similar to synephrine, the chemical cousin of ephedrine. Apparently, the fewer stimulants you tend to consume, the more pronounced the stimulant effect. Makes sense, since I very rarely drink coffee (in fact, the only caffeine I've consumed at all in the last month has been from the green coffee bean extract, and that only has around 10-20mg per dose, which is WAY less than the 150mg+ that comes from brewed coffee). Even though the "buzz" wasn't expected, it was kind of enjoyable. After several days, however, I didn't really feel it anymore.As for weight loss, it might be there, it might not. I know I'm not gaining anything, which is good. So I can only attest to its "weight maintenance" abilities. To be honest, I think the green coffee bean extract has helped the most with my weight loss efforts. But everyone's different, so who knows... I will say that if you're expecting it to do all the work, then prepare yourself for disappointment. Drop the remote... and pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.I also want to point out an interesting side effect, something my girlfriend actually noticed, which was how it affected my body odor... in a pleasant way. She says I smell "sweeter" now. So, I guess if you're prone to rotten B.O., maybe you should toss some RK on your shopping list from now on. Haha. Kidding. Or am I...?

I worked out 2-3 hours/day for years, drinking green smoothies or protein shakes or Master Cleansing, all the while gaining a pound here a pound there with almost no overeating. I've eaten healthy for so long that I've lost a taste for the SAD (Standard American Diet). Still the pounds kept creeping on. I knew it was internal, regardless how many times we hear the 'diet/exercise' mantra. That shoe just doesn't fit in my case! So zoom to now. This product arrived two days ago. At the same time, unrelated, I had decided to add more food to what I already ate, specifically 1T hemp oil to my green smoothie and 2 Omega-3 eggs with Ezekial bread (was just hungry for it) each day. Now, even with the added food, having seen the scales only go UP for the last 2 years in spite of all my best efforts, just adding this product took the first pound off - with NO hunger. Give me time and you'll see updates as time passes. I am journaling each product as I begin it (this, the Naturewise Garcinia Cambogia & the Naturewise Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract, along with before & after photos so you can all see the difference as I go along. This product works!

Have been using it for 2 weeks, and it works great to suppress my appetite. I have been able to cut back on the amount of food I eat every meal. I haven't lost any weight yet, but it can be because I skipped going to the gym in the past 2 weeks.
