It Works great!

I have been on several different products and though some did help with hunger they didnt keep me from emotional eating. Because I am an emotional eater it doesnt matter if I feel full or not (and add the fact that I recently quit smoking which compounded the problem). I also find myself craving sweets even though I am full from a big meal. When I quit smoking I gained 35 lbs and it only made me even more of an emotional eater. So I saw a Dr Oz report on saffron in a video and decided to give it a try. First of all, this product is comparable to the expensive brands (same strengths/mg per capsule) that I researched which made it attractive. Then it arrived quickly so I was able to try it right away. I have taken it 30minutes (as instructed per the bottle) and I actually had to remind myself to eat my meals. I 've been using it before every meal (3 times per day) and find that I don't have cravings or severe hunger like I did before - this occurred with the first capsule. Other products weren't able to curb my severe hunger urges between meals like this one. Its my first saffron product so I don't know about any others. Because I am not emotionally eating I am able to curb my constant eating of high carbs and junk foods and I have been eating good fruits and veggies for my snacks. My plan is to follow a scheduled meal plan (I like Weight Watchers as I have had great success with it) and look forward to avoiding the guilt and self-loathing following me around like before. Going to add exercise soon too. I've been using Trim Lab Saffron Extract for a week and have lost about 4 lbs so far and haven't felt tired and no gas, no bloating and no jitters. Using it for 3 meals a day a bottle will last me 20 days and I am looking forward to success. I actually have energy (maybe because I am feeling good about myself) and I have recommended this to a special friend who has an emotional eating problem too. Carbs, sugar and over eating isn't ruling my life anymore! And who can complain about losing weight over the holidays? Not me! Thank you Trim Labs!

I'm on day 6 of taking this Saffron supplement, I noticed by day 2 my appetite was indeed curbed, but not to the point food sounded completely unappealing, which is good. I had to remind myself when it was time to eat, compulsive eating and eating out of boredom have not been an issue. I've been taking one a day shortly before lunch, but at this price, I'm starting to increase the intake to 2 maybe 3 times a day. I have noticed my mood is more balanced (mellow, really), so I'm thinking if I increase the intake I'll probably feel the effect of some of those aphrodisiac qualities I read about...

I purchased these along with a few other supplements for my partner. She wanted to try the Saffron, Green Tea and Raspberry ketones. She read about these pills being the new 'thing' in a magazine. This is now day 3 of taking them and she has noticed that her appetite seems relaxed; meaning she is not getting hunger pains or even feeling hungry. The nice thing is she is not jittery or feeling diet pill buzzed. There has not been any weight loss (more time is needed), but she is eating smaller portions and going to the gym every other day so that should benefit along with the saffron.
