Super Drink for Me!

I have been buying this product for over a year. I like it best watered down a bit and lots of ice. Not too good warm. I mix this up two at a time, I put about a inch of warm water (not hot bad for vitamins)into two shaker bottles & mix it well, the warm water dissolves it very nicely. I like fiz so I add about 16 oz of plain chilled soda water (store bought or sodastream self made works just fab!) You have to pour at a angle & slowly or it can fiz over. I then pour one in my travel cup with lots of ice. I take the other one with me to work to refill later. (blue ice and a lunch cooler) I sometimes add a little bit of juice for a change. I like a bit of caffeine - Trim Energy uses green tea, which is the only tea that don't give me a headache. I don't like coffee & I gave up all artificial sweeteners (Trim Energy has natural Stevia) along with going to Curves 4x a week -I have lost a lot of weight. I drink this because it is a help & I like it but it is not a cure-all. I also take one weiders fat burner tabs when I get up and before my lunch. I think Trim Energy Teaberry is a great product prepared the way I do it and I recommend it the way I prepare it. I can't keep up with drinking it before my meals

I'm a teacher with a very busy schedule, so it was difficult keeping up with drinking Trim Energry in a timely manner before meals. I gave up because I became inconsistent with the timing therefore never seeing the possible results. You are supposed to drink 2 X's a day (Breakfast and Lunch) half hour before meals. I was on point for the first week, but after that I drank it whenever I could squeeze it in. I just get so caught up with what I'm doing that I would forget to drink it in time or didn't get the opportunity to drink it when the timing was right. I saw no difference in weight. Maybe had I given it more time I would have seen better results. At the end of the day, I cannot say whether it works or not. All I can say is good luck on trying it. Please keep in mind this drink is not meant to help reduce your weight alone. It's more like an aid along with eating a better diet, exercising, and drinking a lot of water. Good Luck!
