Great energy and mood booster

High blood pressure and cholesterol have always been an issue in my family. Where to even begin... long story short, if I didn't do something about my high blood pressure and cholesterol there was a good chance I wouldn't see my next birthday. After seeing a TV report on Superfoods I knew I should give it a chance. Within 3-4 days I was starting to feel better. I've improved my diet and take 3-4 pills a day.
