What is SENSA?

Works, but...

My wife and I have each used SENSA for two months. Here is what it does: It really slacks our urge to eat. We will not feel hungry for 4-5 hours when before we felt hungry in 3-4 hours. Here is what it does not do: It doesn't allow you to eat anything you like. The SENSA comeon is false. You still have to eat less, even with SENSA. The member's site provides a ton of eating tips to help a person lose weight (same as other sites). The site clarifies that you can eat "anything you want" but clearly states you can't eat all you want. My wife and I use the product in conjunction with a legitimate, well known nutrition program. SENSA helps us as a tool to curb our appetite in a well rounded program of nutrition and exercise. BUT, we don't buy it from SENSA because of their poor reputation for customer service. We use Costco but it's about the same to buy it from Amazon.

I was able to use SENSA with no problems other than just remembering to USE it. I managed to lose 8 pounds in 16 days and then we were hit with horrible storms and everything in my life was put on hold. I simply have to start up again, which I will beginning this week.The beauty of SENSA is that its easy! There is no taste whatsoever and I found myself being hungry less often and being able to eat about half of what I had been by way of serving sizes. I keep bringing home half of my restaurant meals.I didn't restrict anything from my diet, but did try to make healthier choices. I have no complaints. Diets are only as good as the dieter. If you don't do your part, you can't expect a diet to work. I will order more for the next phase.

Amazing Product!

I have been using Sensa now for 11 months. I have lost a total of 50.2 lbs and I am still sprinkling! I am 30 lbs from my goal weight. I have gone from a 18/20 in jeans to a size 12!! If you are considering using a weight loss product I would strongly suggested you try SENSA! Don't listen to negative reviews. I saw them too when I was thinking of using Sensa and I decided to form my own opinion and try the product myself. I am SO glad I did!!
