Great tasting, will buy again.

The tea was refreshing and did the job to curb my cravings. I drank it before meals and felt that I was not as hungry. I will be buying again.

I guess I'm not a big fan of mint tea. I can't write about "Diet Control" because I haven't drank enough of this tea to see how well it works. I normally don't put sugar in my teas, but I might have to add some sweetener to better drink it. I can't honestly give it a bad review at this time, only because I'm not a big mint tea drinker and have not had this product for a while. I will have to update later.

seems to work

If I drink at least 2 cups of this in the early part of the day on a regular basis it seems to help curb my normally difficult to control desire for mindless afternoon or evening munching, and helps me be satisfied with smaller portions. If I just drink 1 cup now and then, I don't notice any benefit. The taste is mild not bitter, I think the hint of peppermint in the background helps make it more palatable. It contains caffeine so you may want to cut back on other caffeine intake accordingly and be careful about drinking it later in the day.
