Works Great!

Simply Slender is a cleanse, not a bottle of lemonade! Yes, it has a strong cayenne pepper content and it tastes like it. However, it really works. I used it for seven days instead of four, with no food, and lost 12 pounds. I felt great afterwards. If you're looking for a simple version of the Master Cleanse, this is it. No running around to different natural food stores to find ingredients. It's all in this bottle of concentrate. Simply add 1 ounce to 8 ounces of water. Try it - you'll be surprised how effective it is. It's a great jump-start to eating healthy!

It's premade, so no squeezing and mixing every day. Tastes great, I enjoy it. The Cayenne is not overwhelming for me and if it is for you, just add a bit more water. Works great, a pound a day. I do not eat the veggies and fruit though, I use it as a pure cleanse.

I am now entering day 3 of this cleanse and I am very pleased with the results so far - in 2 days, i've dropped 7.5 pounds. This Master Cleanse is much easier to stick with since there's no hassle in making the concoction. You can dilute the solution as much as you like, but I find it to be delicious following the given directions. If you've gotten off your healthy wagon, a few days with this will definitely help!
