Works Like a Dream!

I was skeptical at first when someone gave it to me to try it. I've tried many different products, and none of them ever work. However, because a friend told me to try it, I decided to give it a shot. It works amazingly! It really does help the bowel move smoothly and effectively. I was worried that it might be uncontrollable, but that was not the case at all. I could go on throughout the day without having to worry about going to the bathroom at unexpected times. I recommend this product to everyone! Whether you're looking to lose weight, fight constipation, or you just want more fiber in your diet, Colonite is wonderful! They also have a powder version of this here: Colonite Powder (8 oz). Go get some and try it! I'm sure you'll love it!

If you take this product on a daily schedule it works great!I am a truck driver and as you may know it's hard for truck divers to eat right but with this productyou can stay regular and it also helps control your weight gain!

Stomach ache

I took three tablets on an empty stomach, as directed. First I just had bad gas pains, the second day a full-blown stomach ache. So I took only one a day, but I don't see any advertised results, even after 3 weeks. A waste of money.
