I am buying this again, as I used it before with great results. The system is easy to follow, effective for me, and worth the price for sure. I have spent far more on less effective programs. The cleanse part did not cause me any digestive upsets, and kick started a drop of 10 lbs straight away. It did not result in any pain, cramping or nausea for me. The fat burner part contains Green tea extract, which I found a little strong, to be honest, made me very " wired" if I took all 3 like they say , so I stuck to 1 maybe 2 each morning , and was pleased with that. I liked the natural, herbal element of this system. If that is what you are looking for--- an effective, yet natural product, I believe you will be happy with this and the results. In the end, I lost about 20 pounds easily with this.
