I got the message a week or so ago that this order had been shipped, but it's not here yet. It costs enough. I'm having minor success with the first two months, and hope that the weight loss will continue if/when I receive the next two months.

I am on month 3 of using Sensa Weight-loss system. I have lost at least 10 pounds using the "sprinkles", thats what we call them. They help me not to eat so much. I don't have hungry craving in between meals anymore. I listen to what my body tells me. The shipping of the product from Amazon was good. Came quickly and no problems with the product being damanged.

Sensa is a really different kind of "weight loss" product. It works on the basis of satiety. The crystals in Sensa help you feel satisfied or satieted sooner. It's easy and convenient when compared to most diets and you don't have to change what you eat.My husband says he found no difference while using Sensa, although he seems to be much more satisfied with smaller portions of food and has been able to loose a few pounds and keep them off. This is no small feat considering that he is very limited in his exercise due to medical problems and age.For myself---I've always been plagued by ravenous hunger and terrible food cravings---I would often wolf down my food, feeling hungrier after eating than when starting! I find that Sensa has really helped me curb my appetite and cravings. For that alone, I find it to be a great blessing! I've used Sensa faithfully for over a year with no appreciable weight loss---but no weight gain either (which is a great blessing for a senior). Using Sensa, I feel that I eat more sensible portions of food, while eliminating snacking between meals most of the time. I am not a slave to my generally healthy Mediterranean diet, since sometimes I jump ship. With hormone issues, limited activity due to medical issues, a slowing metabolism, insulin resistance, allergies and food sensitivities taken into account---I'm not surprised that I haven't lost weight, and that is not the fault of Sensa. It's great that I haven't gained weight since I do throw cares to the wind once in a while, and binge on some high calorie fatty or sweet food. I feel that Sensa has been a helpful and worthwhile product for me, despite the fact that I haven't had any real measurable weight loss. Not having to be a slave to food cravings has been an amazing benefit from using Sensa. Sensa has also allowed me to slow down and be more "mindful" when eating and enjoy the flavors and textures more, helping me to feel more satisfied.
