I was not sure what to expect from this cleanse. I found the cleanse to be gentle yet thorough. I lost a couple pounds and it seemed to help with my appetite. It was easier on my system than others I had tried. The pamphlet advised repeating this process with a second kit. At first I thought here we go again trying to get more $$ from me, but I will do it because I was pleased with the first one and expect the same or better results.

I used this recently since i had been indulging for a couple of weeks in a high-calorie diet without my usual exercise. I felt sluggish and thick so I gave this a try to jumpstart the weightloss process. One bottle has a Colon Cleanse, which basically aids in cleaning the junk from your system. The other is a Fat Flush, which is an award winning decaffenaited green coffee extract called Svetol that is intended to boost metabolism. It worked just as it said it would. I lost some 5-7 pounds while following again my exercise regime, and of course, eating well. Again, it jumpstarted the process really well. Now i`m considering buying a Svetol only product, since i liked the metabolism boosting effect of the green coffee extract. I felt no jitters at all. If you feel the Colon Cleanse stuff is too much to take daily - as in, if you actually have a pretty clean system anyway - take it every other day at night. I found the results to last if i was eating healthily and drinking plenty of water. Great product, excellent quality.

I really liked the results I got with the first box that I ordered a second. With the holidays I wanted all the help I could get. I felt fine on it the entire time I was taking it. You can tell a little in the beginning but otherwise never really noticed feeling different. I was more regular which was nice. At times it did get to be a little too much so I would cut back to one pill at night or skip a night. The thing that I would have to say about it now is that ever since I have gone off of it I feel terribly ill. My stomach isn't right at all. I feel nauseous every time I eat. I am constipated. These are desperate products for people to use. I was one of them. It was helpful for the time being but realistically no one is going to take it forever. And even if it's to "jump start" your weight loss, it's not the way to go. People are making money off of us because we want to lose weight but don't have the means to do it on our own with little effort. This is "natural" but if you google the svetol the only sites that talk about it are diet sites. Makes me a little nervous that there isn't more information out there about it. Reviews of real people having used it. Just beware of what you are doing to your body. Let's all just stick to eating a whole foods diet with plenty of exercise and we can lose weight.
