Great Herb

I use this product for tendinitis. It work awesome but needs to be used in higher dosages. FWI there are no products that prevent weight gain on vacation!

accelerated fracture healing

I got this for fracture healing, and indeed, my fracture did seem to heal quite a bit almost within hours of taking this. It was something I needed to heal quickly in order to avoid surgery, and it worked, so there. success.I only took it for a few days because I started to feel like I was getting too much testosterone and it might be affecting my hair, causing hair thinning. (I'm female. men might not have such an issue with it.)Somewhere online the dosage is listed as 3-6 grams, but I think this is too high and you might get side effects at that dose.

Jury still out.

I started using Swanson's Cissus 6 days ago. 2 caps before breakfast, 2 before dinner. My complaint is shoulder joint pain. Doctor originally said it's rotator cuff tendonitis or slight labral tear. So far I can't feel much of a difference and I'm also applying Blue Emu to the area for 2 weeks.. I keep saying I'm getting better for 5 months but I'm still not recovered. The problem seems chronic and varying. As far as health benefits, I've lost 2 lbs but this could be due to nutrition intake. I'm fairly strong and fit, so this one product is probably not going to make a major impact on my fitness. I do a lot of stretching and lifting exercises to counter shoulder impingement and imbalances, so if 3 bottles of 60 caps do not work I'm going for MRI. No noticeable side effects.
