I bought this the first time from CVS for $20 to encourage me to jump-start my weight loss. Those 3 days, I lost 7 lbs, from 199 to 192. I bought it again from Amazon for less than half that price, and lost 5 lbs during the week I used it. It does taste gross, especially the PM one. I mixed each little bottle into a glass of Grape Juice, which almost completely masked the AM drink, and made the PM one have less of an aftertaste. I think it worked so well for me because I used it as an incentive to re-start my work-out routine and make little changes to my diet. I still have a long way to go, but the little start is encouraging me to cross the next hurdle.

One good thing about this product is that it's simple -- what you have to do is to drink one small am bottle in the morning between meals and one small pm bottle in the evening before bed for 3 days. I'm glad it's only for 3 days as the taste is like liquid medicine. The trick is to gulf it down as fast as possible. (Yuck!) As for the result, I don't feel a significant increase in energy level and I still have to rely on my 'usual' caffeine intake to get through the day. It seems to help 'eliminate waste' just like it claims to. In terms of weight loss, I did lose a 1.5 pound in 3 days. (probably water weight, I guess)Its disgusting taste still traumatizes me. I don't think I'll buy another set.
